The Institute of Computer Forensic Examinations and Criminal Investigations (ICFECI) was established as a resource to the Criminal Justice Act Panel (Established by an Act of Congress - Title 18, United States Code, Section 3006A) and United States District Courts.

ICFECI provides investigative, expert, and other services to effectively, represent defendants, including offering services in accordance with Title 18, United States Code, Section 3006A; adequate representation of defendants.  ICFECI helps clients make informed decisions based on reliable fact-finding.
